Arrow Investments, LLC (“Arrow Investments Ohio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates arrowinvestmentsohio.com. When you submit one of our forms (a cash-offer request or a contact message), we collect what you type in:

- Details about your property — county, city or township, and approximate acreage
- Anything you include in a message to us
We use this to evaluate your land, prepare your cash offer, and communicate with you about it. That’s the purpose — we don’t use your form information for unrelated marketing lists, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, general region, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in aggregate; it does not give us your name or contact details. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and our forms are processed by Netlify Forms. When you submit a form, your submission passes through and is stored on Netlify’s infrastructure so it can be delivered to us. Netlify’s own privacy practices are described in the Netlify Privacy Policy. Netlify may also log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the hosting service.
How we share information
We share your information only when it’s needed to do what you asked us to do:
- Service providers — the hosting and analytics providers named above, which process data on our behalf.
- Closing a sale — if you accept an offer, we share the details necessary to complete the transaction with the title company handling your closing.
- Legal requirements — if we’re required to by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
How long we keep it
We keep offer requests and correspondence for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and to keep records of our transactions, then delete them. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, just ask (contact info below) and we’ll remove it unless we’re legally required to keep it.
